Preface / المقدمة

English:

These universal meditations are not bound by time, creed, or geography.

They were born from solitude, purified by pain, and shaped by the eternal longing for divine truth and unity.

Each word carries the echo of prayer, each silence the fragrance of understanding.

This work is not a book; it is a journey — toward the center of Being, where the human and the divine meet in one sacred breath.

Arabic:

هذه التأملات الكونية لا يقيّدها زمنٌ ولا عقيدةٌ ولا مكان.

وُلدت من رحم العزلة، وتطهّرت بالألم، وتشكّلت من الحنين الأزلي إلى الحقيقة والوحدة الإلهية.

كلّ كلمةٍ فيها صدى صلاة، وكلّ صمتٍ عبيرُ فهمٍ عميق.

هذا العمل ليس كتابًا، بل رحلة نحو مركز الكينونة، حيث يلتقي الإنسان والإله في نَفَسٍ مقدّس واحد.

Meditation I – On God and the Soul

تأمل أول – في الله والروح

English:

In the silence of the soul, God whispers His presence.

He does not dwell in temples of stone, but in the trembling heart that knows both pain and compassion.

To seek Him is to return home — to the divine spark within that never dies.

The world outside is a mirror; when we purify our gaze, God becomes visible in all things.

Arabic:

في صمت الروح يهمس الله بحضوره.

هو لا يسكن في هياكل من حجر، بل في القلب المرتجف الذي عرف الألم والرحمة معًا.

أن نبحث عنه، يعني أن نعود إلى البيت — إلى الشرارة الإلهية فينا التي لا تموت.

العالم الخارجي مرآة، وعندما يتطهّر نظرنا نراه متجليًا في كلّ شيء.

Meditation II – On Love

تأمل ثانٍ – في الحب

English:

Love is not desire, nor possession, nor comfort.

It is the sacred fire that burns the ego and reveals the eternal face of truth.

Those who have truly loved have seen God,

for love alone is capable of dissolving the distance between heaven and earth.

Arabic:

المحبّة ليست رغبةً، ولا تملّكًا، ولا راحةً.

إنّها النار المقدّسة التي تحرق الأنا وتكشف الوجه الأبديّ للحقيقة.

من أحبّ حقًّا فقد رأى الله،

لأنّ المحبة وحدها قادرة على إذابة المسافة بين السماء والأرض.

Meditation III – On Suffering and Transcendence

تأمل ثالث – في الألم والتسامي

English:

Pain is the teacher no one invites, yet the one every soul needs.

Through it, the heart learns compassion and the spirit remembers eternity.

Do not flee from your wounds — they are the sacred doors through which light enters.

In every tear, there is a reflection of divine mercy.

Arabic:

الألم هو المعلّم الذي لا يدعوه أحد، ومع ذلك هو ما تحتاجه كلّ روح.

من خلاله يتعلّم القلب الرحمة، وتتذكّر الروح الأبدية.

لا تهرب من جراحك، فهي الأبواب المقدّسة التي يدخل منها النور.

في كلّ دمعة، انعكاسٌ لرحمة الله.

Meditation IV – On Humanity and Unity

تأمل رابع – في الإنسان والوحدة

English:

Humanity is one body, many faces, one breath.

When one nation bleeds, all should feel its pulse.

The true religion is not in words or rituals,

but in the living compassion that unites all hearts under the same divine sky.

Arabic:

الإنسانية جسدٌ واحد، بوجوهٍ كثيرة ونَفَسٍ واحد.

عندما تنزف أمة، يجب أن تشعر الأمم كلّها بنبضها.

الدين الحقيقي ليس في الكلمات ولا في الطقوس،

بل في الرحمة الحيّة التي توحّد القلوب تحت سماءٍ إلهية واحدة.
